Rules.......
Well, the Villains don't want any mistakes
in this, or they'll get very angry and won't
let me add them to the list. So read on.....
1. EACH CHARACTER MAY ONLY BE CLAIMED ONCE!
No exceptions.
2. Only proper villains allowed. Sorry guys,
just because Roxas was in Organization XIII, doesn't mean
he's a real villain.
3. If a character has been known to switch sides (ie, Hiei)
it is still allowed.
4. If the villain does switch sides in the series,
the code must portray him when he was evil (ie, Ken Ichijouji
would need to have his evil side portrayed, or his Kaizer version.
Yes, you can tell Kind Ken from Evil Ken without the costume).
5. Fill out the form entirely. This rotation is based on how
many times people see your banner link, so if you don't put it up,
no free links are shown.
6. No short urls like .tk, .cjb.net, etc. Use the full address,
as they have a tendancy of crashing people's computers.
7. You MUST have a 50x50 code to use, and it must feature the name and picture of the character on it.
Any codes bigger or smaller will be removed, even if you put the exchange up.
8. Please put the rotation code up ASAP! You can't receive hits until you do so!
